Shipping information

Destinations and delivery charges
We deliver only to addresses for which an available shipping method is shown at checkout. Enter your complete delivery address to see the available services and charges before paying. If your address is not supported, contact qixiangwork@gmail.com; please do not select an incorrect country to complete checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
Our standard estimate is 3–5 business days to process an order, followed by dispatch on the next business day. Estimated shipping transit is 10–15 days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A different product-specific or checkout estimate, where clearly displayed before purchase, takes precedence. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Product-specific dispatch information and any delivery estimate displayed at checkout apply to your order. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Availability, destination, customs clearance and local carrier conditions can affect delivery. Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered.
If no processing or delivery estimate is displayed, contact us before placing a time-sensitive order. After ordering, contact customer care with your order number for the current fulfilment status. We do not promise a universal worldwide delivery period.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
When your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation is sent to the email provided at checkout. Where tracking is available, use that link or your order-status page. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan. Orders containing several items may be sent in separate parcels; any additional customer-facing delivery charge must be shown before purchase.
Address changes
Check your name, street, unit, postal code and telephone details before paying. Email us immediately if you notice an error. We can try to amend an address before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfilment begins. We will explain any actual redelivery charges before arranging a new shipment.
Taxes and import charges
Taxes or duties collected by the store are shown at checkout. For cross-border deliveries, import taxes, duties or clearance charges may be payable to local authorities or the carrier if they were not collected at checkout. Applicable rules depend on your destination. Contact us before purchase if the treatment is unclear.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If tracking appears stalled, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, contact qixiangwork@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment or delivery provider and work toward an appropriate resolution. Please keep damaged packaging and take photos where possible. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Returns & refunds
Last updated: 29 October 2026
30-day return requests
Contact qixiangwork@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the items and the reason for the return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You may try on clothing as you would in a shop, without wearing it for use.
How to return an item
We will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a parcel to an address on the shipping label without confirmation. After your return is approved, send it within 14 days using a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Original outbound delivery charges are normally not refunded, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item is confirmed defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is necessary.
Hygiene and personalised items
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate garments or other sealed hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned for a change of mind after their hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed. Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exceptions do not remove your rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. A discount alone does not remove an item’s return eligibility.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description and photos where helpful. Keep the item and packaging while we investigate. We will work with you on a replacement, delivery resolution or refund as appropriate. Reporting promptly helps our investigation but does not shorten mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds and exchanges
We will email you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after 15 business days. If you want another size or colour, contact us about availability; we cannot guarantee exchange stock.
Cancellations and legal rights
Contact us immediately for a pre-dispatch cancellation. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment starts. This policy does not limit mandatory rights in your country. If EU/EEA or UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply to your purchase, you may notify us within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason and return the goods within the following 14 days, subject to lawful exceptions. We will make legally required refunds, including standard outbound delivery where applicable, within the statutory period; we may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return are received where permitted.
