30-day return requests
Contact qixiangwork@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the items and the reason for the return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You may try on clothing as you would in a shop, without wearing it for use.

We will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a parcel to an address on the shipping label without confirmation. After your return is approved, send it within 14 days using a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Original outbound delivery charges are normally not refunded, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item is confirmed defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is necessary.
Hygiene and personalised items
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate garments or other sealed hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned for a change of mind after their hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed. Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exceptions do not remove your rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. A discount alone does not remove an item’s return eligibility.
